Event Details
In today's marketplace, the ability to interface with a diverse workforce is more important than ever.  In most businesses today, many generations are working side by side: "Baby Boomers," "Generation X" and "Generation Y." Each generation brings its own perspectives and ideals to the job marketplace, which can result in contrasting viewpoints and approaches.    To effectively manage a career in today's business world, professionals must understand generational differences in values, ambitions, views, mindsets and demographics to be successful.  Our panel of experts will address your questions and offer best practices for effectively managing the generational gap on the job and during job transition.

5:30-6:00 PM – Open Networking
6:00-8:00 PM – Panel Discussion
